WP2 — State of the Art Analysis and Collection of Best Practices

Conducts comprehensive needs analysis across the partner countries. Maps existing risk assessment practices and mental health continuity strategies in EU probation services. Builds searchable digital repository of best practices with country/theme filters. Identifies critical gaps.

WP3 — Multi-Sectoral Training Course on Mental Health and Suicide Prevention
Led by IASIS
Designs blended learning program targeting probation/sentencing levels and community workers. Delivers training to justice professionals through Train-the-Trainer model. Develops a curriculum with screening tools, manuals, and evaluation framework. Pilots across 3 countries.

WP4 — Multi-Level and Cross-Sector Pollination Actions
Led by INNOVED
Executes awareness seminars and national roundtables across partner countries. Pilots screening tools generating mental health referrals for vulnerable populations. Facilitates justice-health-NGO collaboration through structured stakeholder dialogues. Implements community-based follow-up pathways and referral protocols. Tracks impact via referral metrics and participant feedback systems.

WP5 — Dissemination and Mainstreaming
Led by ECHAlliance
Develops policy recommendations based on pilot outcomes. Ensures sustainability through training handover and digital repository institutionalization. Feeds results into EU platforms and ECHAlliance networks for scaling. Produces communication strategy with website, newsletters, and multiplier events.
